Processing for all modes is online and working! Email notifications were not working for a while but the
problem has been fixed so if you are missing notifications, they should be coming in, in the next few hours.
The transcation database is not current and we are working on getting our data restored off of a broken drive,
we are not sure if we will be able to get all of the data but we do have text file backups of the transactions
available that we will load if the database files are not recoverable. We are still waiting on the repair
facility to give us information on how long that will take. In the meantime, if you need access to transcation
data we can email you an Excel file with the basic information, although card numbers have been masked to the
last four digits (per Visa/MC regulations on text files).
Thanks for your understanding and support through this challenge, we got a lot of nice email messages from our
clients and we appreciate your support!

We secured new Sun Server hardware yesterday and have been working through out the night
to get servers configured and back online.
Most processing it back online. Local mode is working for all clients and we currently verifying
remote mode.
We have signifigant data loss of previous transactions between Mar 2007 - Dec 2008. We have back
up copies of the transcation but they have limited information and credit card numbers have been
masked. We are working on restoring the database files for these transactions but we will be able
to reload the database with the transaction data backup files if this does not work.

Current status 31 DEC 2008 |
Our data center had an electrical fire that destroyed our server rack
along with several others. We are currently working getting new
machines and backup data from a remote location. The backups are not
current as we keep the weekly backups at our datacenter.
We expect a 72 hour down time but are working hard to reduce this time.

7:40 AM PST 23 JAN - We currently have limited routing access to the Internet through our ISP. They have
stated they are working on the problem and it will be fixed ASAP. This is effecting everyone on our ISP.
From our research it appears there is a routing problem with Sprint. We currently have access to several
large sites including MSN, Google and others but have problems reaching Yahoo, Microsoft and others.
Access has been getting better through out the morning and we expect that we should be completely back online by

Current status 15 DEC 2006 |
1:10 PM PST 15 DEC - Finally got through to our ISP's provider. The storm effected a large fiber connection up stream from
our ISP. They are working on restoring access within 24 hours. We are on the call list to be notified when we are back up
and will call those who have called in with updates. Service is expected to be choppy for a period after it is restored.
Our NOC location is undamaged and remains operational. Several trees in the area did fall on homes and businesses and there
are some traffic issues from blocked streets. No one was hurt during the storm and all of our equipment is running in good condition. Thank you
for your support and understanding during this trying time.
For those who need to process credit cards, you should be able to contact your merchant account provider for a manual call in number
to authorize charges. These charges can be input into our system through the vendor utilities once Internet services is back up.
Again, thanks for all the support and we are wokring hard to get everyone back online.
