Why TPN?
TPN is not your average company. While you may find yourself on hold with other "ASPs" (Application Service Providers) or waiting 24-48 hours for an email response that isn't a form letter, TPN believes that customer service is not an "extra". It is what we do. Our success is based on your success, so when we help your bottom line -- it helps ours as well.

So drop us an email or give us a call and let us show you how we do business. At TPN you are more than a number. We are dedicated to making your business better, easier and more profitable. Ask us about all the cost and time saving applications and systems we have developed with Kiosk distributors, banks and tax collectors. You will be glad you did and so will we!

Standard Services
SecureCharge is an Internet bridge to your existing credit card merchant account. We support over 80 processors world-wide. If you would like to check if we support your processor, please take a look at our list. For rates information please check our rates page.

SecureApp is our brand new PDF generating application program that you can deploy on the web, internal network or intranet. Use a browser like Internet Explorer or Netscape to fill in complex financial forms and then generate the form with PDF on the fly! Combine that with digital signatures and a network printer and we can print your applications to your local printer in the format that your staff is used to. Imagine the cost savings in pre-printed applications alone. You can also use SecureApp to print blank forms on demand. If you would like a demo, please give us a call at 253-255-5145 or email tpnsupport@gmail.com for more info.

RetailSecureCharge saves you a ton of dough! We allow your company to deploy swipe terminal technology (which saves you up to 1% on your transaction rate!) and send that information over the Internet to a centralized accounting system here at TPN. Why pay Internet card rates if you are accepting the card physically? RetailSecureCharge allows you to leverage the power of the Internet and reduces your costs! What will we think of next? If you want more information on RSC, please call us or email us at sales@processing.net.

Custom Services
TPN provides many custom services on a contract basis such as retail transaction processing over the Internet (non-internet merchant account rates), ATM and debit card processing as well as online PDF generating applications. If you have a special need or circumstance, please email us at sales@processing.net and let us know what it is or give us a call on our sales line at 253-255-5145.

TPN's Background:
The Processing Network was formed in Jan 1997 by a group of professional Internet developers to bridge the gap between Internet credit card verification and quality service. With over 20 years of combined Internet experience, the two founders felt it was time to measure electronic commerce by the same standards as traditional commerce. TPN has distinguished itself through its dedication to customer service and solid technological base.

TPN's Staff:

For anyone who has been on the Web for a while, Tom's name should sound familiar, and rightly so. He is the author of the world famous World Wide Web FAQ. When he is not busy developing commerce software solutions for TPN he runs Boutell.com a software development company with such products as Wusage, MapEdit, WebLater, PerlMud and other Net-centric products. Some of Tom's past projects include: RealAudio, PNG, a chapter in the World Wide Web Unleashed and his book CGI Programming in C and Perl. With over a decade of Internet experience, Tom's contributions to TPN have made TPN a rock-solid company.
